If you happen to own a crib dock or boathouse, it was most likely built prior to modern regulation.  We believe these things should be cherished as they cannot likely be recreated once lost.  If you give up any crib area, you can likely not get it back.  Cribs can provide protection for your boat, dock, and shore as well as valuable habitat for fish and other marine animals.

Boathouses are more than just boat garages; they hold memories cherished by generations. Some of us are fortunate enough to be custodians of this heritage.  We are honored to work on  the places people truly cherish. We can help preserve what makes your property special or help your vision come to be.

While most of us don't want to think about our septic systems, they are an important part of life on the lake.  We installed this Geomat system at our family camp.  It will ensure that we are not contributing to the growing algae problems in a place we love.  This system has a somewhat large footprint, but Geomat also makes a system that will serve 2 bedrooms with 2 units four feet by eight feet.

With the recent changes in regulations, we can now construct a beautiful, permanent canopy on your dock, complete with rooftop deck.  This change also applies to boathouses

A fine aluminum crank-up or a pile dock can be your best option for a conforming, easily permitted docking solution.
